• "Company" refers to fabric hub, operating as a drop-and-ship online store in South Africa.
• "Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing products through our website.
• "Supplier" refers to third-party manufacturers and distributors providing goods.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENT

2.1 All orders are processed once full payment is received. We accept the following payment methods: EFT's.

2.2 Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

2.3 Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

3.1 Drop & Ship Model: Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to customers.

3.2 Estimated Delivery Times:

  3.3 We are not liable for delays caused by customs, strikes, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

4.1 Due to our drop shipping model, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

4.2 All refunds or replacements are subject to investigation and approval.

4.3 Defective or incorrect items must be reported within [e.g., 7 days] of receipt.

4.4 Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

5.1 As an intermediary, we rely on supplier warranties. Any product warranties are provided by the respective suppliers.

5.2 We are not responsible for any defects, damages, or delays caused by suppliers.

5.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

6.1 Customer data is managed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013.

6.2 We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order.

7. FRAUD & MISUSE

7.1 All fraudulent activities, including false chargebacks or payment disputes, will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7.2 Misuse of our website may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1 We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier disruptions, and labor strikes.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
