  • "Dropshipping" means the process where goods are shipped directly from third-party suppliers to customers without being stocked by Fabric hub.

2.1 All product descriptions and images on our website are provided by third-party suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or images are free of errors.

2.2 Product availability is subject to stock levels of our suppliers. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide an alternative or refund.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Orders are processed once payment is received in full. We accept payments via eft.

3.2 Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or supplier unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We use third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship orders directly to customers. Delivery times vary depending on supplier location and courier services.

4.2 Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 As a dropshipping business, returns and refunds are subject to our suppliers' policies. We will assist customers in processing returns where applicable.

5.2 Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description.

5.3 Customers must report defective or incorrect items within 20 days of receiving the order.

5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 We act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers and do not manufacture or stock any products.

6.2 We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers.

6.3 Use of our products is at the customer’s own risk, and we do not provide warranties beyond those offered by suppliers.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Fabric hub or licensed third parties. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy
